Sparta Mission
Sparta Complete Wellness is a faith-based wellness program for men made accessible online through our app and website. Men of all ages, spiritual maturity, and backgrounds are supported and encouraged to become as strong spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically as possible.

Who We Are
Men need to be strong spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally as leaders in the home and community. We must also be gentle, kind, generous, loving, and patient. Sparta Complete Wellness provides accountability to help men stay consistent in Bible Study, exercise, fuel plans, and spending time with family.

Sparta: A program that helps men grow both in their faith and walk with God and helps them get in shape while strengthening their hearts to follow Christ no matter the age .
