How many men per team?

There can be up to ten men per team made up of one team leader (Spartan) and 9 teammates.
How do we sign up?

Fill out our questionnaire and a Sparta staff member will contact you immediately! Click Join Now to fill out our questionnaire.
How much does it cost?

There are no fees or dues required to participate in Sparta Complete Wellness. Members never pay for themselves. Donations are accepted and appreciated.
