Sparta Complete Wellness is a faith-based wellness program for men made accessible online through our app and website. Men of all ages, spiritual maturity, and backgrounds are supported and encouraged to become as strong spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically as possible.

Beginner

New to fitness? Been out of the game for 30 years? No problem! Sparta starts from scratch where you are physically to progress you gradually through your transformation.

Do you have an active occupation! Are you basically fit? Need to add muscle or tone up? Accelerate through the program at your own pace to reach your desired level of fitness!

Who We Are

Men need to be strong spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally as leaders in the home and community. We must also be gentle, kind, generous, loving, and patient. Sparta Complete Wellness provides accountability to help men stay consistent in Bible Study, exercise, fuel plans, and spending time with family.

How many men per team?

There can be up to ten men per team made up of one team leader (Spartan) and 9 teammates.
How do we sign up?

Fill out our questionnaire and a Sparta staff member will contact you immediately! Click Join Now to fill out our questionnaire.
How much does it cost?

There are no fees or dues required to participate in Sparta Complete Wellness. Members never pay for themselves. Donations are accepted and appreciated.
